Any video uploaded directly to Mount Holly Church’s website, our YouTube channel, and any other website or social media website operated by Mount Holly Church is copyrighted © in its respective year¹ and is protected under United States and international copyright laws to Mount Holly Church and Mount Holly Media. Our copyrighted videos may not be modified, copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, transmitted, broadcasted, downloaded, edited, and/or manipulated in any way.
You may request written consent from Mount Holly Church’s Digital Media Manager² to use our videos for educational or nonprofit purposes only. If you gain this permission, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original material of any copy or copies you make of the material. You may not sell or modify the material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the material in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use of paid material on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.
